By accessing or using StoreAO, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or related services.

Platform Role

StoreAO operates as a hyperlocal commerce and discovery platform that helps customers find nearby shops, browse products, review shop information, and facilitate offline or online purchase journeys depending on the participating shop's enabled mode.
Some shops may appear only for discovery, contact, directions, and offline purchase support. Other shops may be manually verified by StoreAO and enabled to accept online orders through the platform.
Participating shops are responsible for listings, prices, stock, order acceptance, packaging, delivery, refunds, and compliance with applicable shop-side obligations.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account, contact, address, and order-related information when using the platform.
You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for reviewing product details, pricing, availability, delivery conditions, and order summaries before placing an order.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

Product availability, pricing, delivery estimates, and order acceptance may change based on the participating shop and operational conditions.
An order request submitted through the platform may be subject to confirmation, availability, delivery constraints, or cancellation by the relevant shop in line with legitimate operational or compliance reasons.
For discovery-only shops, StoreAO may display contact options such as call, WhatsApp, and directions to help users complete their purchase directly with the shop.
StoreAO may assist with support and coordination, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every product, seller, or delivery promise shown on the platform.

Accounts, Restrictions, and Platform Integrity

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where misuse, fraud, spam, abusive behavior, suspicious activity, or policy violations are detected.
StoreAO may receive complaints, coordinate with sellers, review repeated issues, and warn, restrict, suspend, or remove sellers from online-selling access where needed.
You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreAO does not guarantee that all content, listings, delivery promises, or platform operations will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreAO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or business-loss damages arising from platform use, seller conduct, or order-related disputes.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users in their jurisdiction.

For users

Use StoreAO to discover nearby shops, compare offerings, contact shops, and place orders with verified online-selling sellers when that option is enabled. Coverage may look lighter outside Srikakulam until more local sellers join.

Some shops are listed only for offline discovery, direct contact, and store visit support.
Verified online-selling shops may accept COD orders through the platform.
Users should review shop details, delivery terms, and seller policies before placing an order.

For shop owners

StoreAO gives shop owners a local discovery presence and may enable online selling only after manual verification.

Manual verification is required before a shop can be enabled for online selling on StoreAO.
Shop owners remain responsible for listings, pricing, stock, order acceptance, delivery, and refunds.
Repeated quality or complaint issues can lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal of online-selling access.
