Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, identity misuse, fake inquiries, fake orders, review manipulation, or deceptive platform behavior are not allowed.
  • Spam, abusive messaging, harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful communication through shop or platform contact channels are not allowed.
  • Any attempt to intentionally mislead users, sellers, or reviewers about the nature of the platform or a shop is prohibited.

Technical and Platform Misuse

  • Scraping, automated abuse, reverse engineering, credential misuse, interference with platform security, or disruption of normal operations is prohibited.
  • Users and sellers must not attempt to bypass restrictions, create fake accounts, or manipulate ranking, discovery, or complaint systems.
  • Any attempt to exploit bugs, overload services, or interfere with platform stability may lead to immediate action.

Commercial and Seller Misuse

  • Sellers must not show products, prices, or delivery promises they do not genuinely intend or are not reasonably able to honor.
  • Manipulating stock visibility, bait pricing, unsupported claims, or repeated non-fulfillment is not acceptable.
  • Using StoreAO to promote illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized goods or services is prohibited.

Enforcement and Reporting

  • StoreAO may investigate suspicious activity, review complaints, request clarification, and take platform action where needed.
  • Actions may include warning, feature restriction, suspension, permanent removal, or cooperation with lawful requests where applicable.
  • Users or sellers who become aware of prohibited activity should contact StoreAO support or use the grievance escalation process if needed.

For users

Use StoreAO to discover nearby shops, compare offerings, contact shops, and place orders with verified online-selling sellers when that option is enabled.

  • Some shops are listed only for offline discovery, direct contact, and store visit support.
  • Verified online-selling shops may accept COD orders through the platform.
  • Users should review shop details, delivery terms, and seller policies before placing an order.

For shop owners

StoreAO gives shop owners a local discovery presence and may enable online selling only after manual verification.

  • Manual verification is required before a shop can be enabled for online selling on StoreAO.
  • Shop owners remain responsible for listings, pricing, stock, order acceptance, delivery, and refunds.
  • Repeated quality or complaint issues can lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal of online-selling access.
