Delivery Responsibility

  • Participating shop owners are responsible for delivery availability, packaging readiness, dispatch handling, and fulfillment commitments shown for their shop.
  • StoreAO may display delivery-related information, but the seller remains primarily responsible for final execution where online ordering is enabled.
  • For discovery-only shops, users may contact the shop directly and complete purchases outside the platform.

Estimated Delivery Times and Charges

  • Estimated delivery times and charges may vary based on the shop, delivery area, order size, traffic, weather, and operational load.
  • Free delivery thresholds, minimum order values, or location-based delivery limits may differ from one shop to another.
  • Users should review the latest delivery information visible on the relevant shop or order screen before confirming a purchase.

Delivery Areas and Service Availability

  • A shop may choose to serve only selected areas or may temporarily change serviceability based on staffing, distance, stock, or local conditions.
  • StoreAO cannot guarantee that every shop will deliver to every address shown in the broader discovery experience.
  • If delivery is unavailable, users may still use call, WhatsApp, or directions when those options are provided by the shop.

Issue Handling

  • If a delay, delivery issue, or order mismatch occurs, users should first review the order details and contact the shop where appropriate.
  • StoreAO support may assist with complaint intake, seller coordination, and repeated-issue review, but delivery execution remains a seller-side responsibility.
  • Repeated delivery-related complaints may lead to warnings, restrictions, or removal of a seller's online-selling access.

Use StoreAO to discover nearby shops, compare offerings, contact shops, and place orders with verified online-selling sellers when that option is enabled.

  • Some shops are listed only for offline discovery, direct contact, and store visit support.
  • Verified online-selling shops may accept COD orders through the platform.

StoreAO gives shop owners a local discovery presence and may enable online selling only after manual verification.

  • Manual verification is required before a shop can be enabled for online selling on StoreAO.
  • Shop owners remain responsible for listings, pricing, stock, order acceptance, delivery, and refunds.
  • Repeated quality or complaint issues can lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal of online-selling access.
