How Shop Modes Work

Some shops are published for offline discovery only. In these cases, users can view shop information, contact the shop, and purchase directly from the shop outside the platform.
Some shops may be manually verified by StoreAO and enabled for online selling. In these cases, users may place orders through the platform subject to seller availability and policies.
StoreAO does not automatically enable online selling for every listed shop.

How We Support Trust

StoreAO may review seller quality, respond to user complaints, and monitor repeated issues affecting customer trust or platform integrity.
Where needed, StoreAO may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove seller access to online-selling features.
Participating shops remain primarily responsible for listings, prices, stock, fulfillment, delivery, refunds, and compliance with seller-side obligations.
